Island Soap Co is a small business, made up of a small team of dedicated, passionate women. Because we are a small business, however, our order/shipping turnover rates are not as fast as your typical overnight Amazon orders. We are working as quickly as possible while still ensuring our quality is consistent across all products and orders. Shipping rates vary based on your Canadian region, however, we offer FREE shipping on ALL orders over $89.00 CAD with the code, FREESHIPPING89 at checkout. If you are located on, or visiting Salt Spring Island, however, please click the Pick-Up option at checkout for FREE, and email islandsoapco@gmail.com to arrange for pick-up.

Currently, we only ship within Canada. However, if you are from the US and would like to order online, please contact us directly at islandsoapco@gmail.com and we will make arrangements.

Please note that we prefer to ship to home addresses over PO Boxes due to additional fees that we face on our end. If you have a home address, please use this when ordering rather than a PO box number. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Returns and Exchanges

As we are a body-care company, for hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges at this time. However, if you receive a damaged product, or have another serious reason for contact, please do so directly at islandsoapco@gmail.com and allow 1-3 business days for a response.

Please note, that because we are a small business using only the most natural, pure ingredients, there may be visual differences across products. However, we guarantee consistency in our formulas across our entire product line, and the exact same benefits in each product, regardless of its appearance.

Wholesale

For our pre-existing wholesalers, please refer to our home page where you will find an attached PDF order form which we ask you to fill out and email to islandsoapco@gmail.com.
